made, the chief of which are a complete description of the practical details connected with the production of pure milk and its modifications and the most recent developments in substitute feeding as illustrated in the farm and milk laboratories of the Infants Hospital. The author has also given the results of his special researches on the etiology of zymotic enteritis, which* are most interesting and suggestive reading. The clinical section has been carefully r3vised and typical cases of each disease have been given which will very considerably add to the value the work.
